People ask “Oh, like a Palm Pilot?” – but when you show them the voice activated phone that’s integrated into Outlook, and play an MP3, show family photos, or an episode of "Heros" – they are always flabbergasted – how come I didn’t know about this????

UTILITIES & TOOLS
ActiveSync synchronization software of Outlook information, Office documents, pictures, music, videos and applications from your desktop to your Windows Mobile-based Pocket PCs and Smartphones. NOTE: ActiveSync Error Codes received after a synchronization attempt.
BitPim allows you to view and manipulate pictures from your mobile device via Bluetooth. (Recommended: TechNet)
Business Contacts is an add-in to Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager Update, allowing you to synchronize your business contacts and a subset of your communication history to your Windows Mobile-based Pocket PC.
