Working with Time Zones
Visiting a new time zone? Temporarily change your time zone
Control Panel
-
Run Date & Time
-
Click <Time Zone> tab
-
Select your new time zone, click <OK>
Outlook
-
From the Tools pull-down menu, select Options
-
Push <Calendar Options. . .> button
-
Push <Time Zone. . .> button
-
Select your new time zone, click <OK>
Traveling Between Time Zones? Use a Secondary Time Zone in Outlook
Outlook – Create the Secondary Time Zone (only need to do this once)

From the Tools pull-down menu, select Options
-
Push <Calendar Options. . .> button
-
Push <Time Zone. . .> button
-
If you have not already done so – label your current (primary) Time Zone.

Select the Show an additional time zone check-box
-
Label your additional (secondary) Time Zone.

Select your secondary Time Zone, click <OK>
When you reach your destination . . . simply swap Time Zones.

From the Tools pull-down menu, select Options
-
Push <Calendar Options. . .> button
-
Push <Time Zone. . .> button
-
Click <Swap Time Zones>
Or even easier :-)

<Right-Click> on the Time Zone columns
-
Select <Change Time Zone>
-
Click <Swap Time Zones>
