Working with Time Zones

Visiting a new time zone? Temporarily change your time zone 
Control Panel 
  1. Run Date & Time
  2. Click <Time Zone> tab
  3. Select your new time zone, click <OK>
 Outlook 
  1. From the Tools pull-down menu, select Options
  2. Push <Calendar Options. . .> button
  3. Push <Time Zone. . .> button
  4. Select your new time zone, click <OK>


Traveling Between Time Zones? Use a Secondary Time Zone in Outlook 
 
OutlookCreate the Secondary Time Zone (only need to do this once)
  1. From the Tools pull-down menu, select Options
  2. Push <Calendar Options. . .> button
  3. Push <Time Zone. . .> button
  4. If you have not already done so – label your current (primary) Time Zone.
  5. Select the Show an additional time zone check-box
  6. Label your additional (secondary) Time Zone.
  7. Select your secondary Time Zone, click <OK> 
When you reach your destination . . . simply swap Time Zones. 
  1. From the Tools pull-down menu, select Options
  2. Push <Calendar Options. . .> button
  3. Push <Time Zone. . .> button
  4. Click <Swap Time Zones>
 
Or even easier :-) 
  1. <Right-Click> on the Time Zone columns
  2. Select <Change Time Zone>
  3. Click <Swap Time Zones>
